        "To many homeless people. Always trash laying in. Pet owners don’t pick up their pets poop. Kids are up late playing in the court yard and parking lot without supervision. "

        "Lots of coyotes, but also most house in this area have very large yards . If you have small Dog though you have to be on the look out for snakes and coyotes . Lots of areas to walk your dogs especially around the high school. "

        "This is an amazing area for families. The elementary, middle and high schools are within easy/quick walking distance. This area is close to a major shopping (Parkway Plaza) and public transportation. There is a community park in the center of all the schools. You can sit in yard yard and watch the annual 4th of July fireworks display. Easy parking. This is country's best , allowing for horses and other livestock , while living 1 block away from city zoning."
