"It’s city and rural vibe. The rodeo grounds next to the high school and near an equestrian center make the area horse friendly, with a convenient GA airport minutes away. "

"Used to Live in neighborhood. 1. Numerous acts of vandalism, theft. 2..Area neighbors wildlife preserve. (rattlesnakes,coyotes, skunks) 3. No sidewalks. Loose particle surface on easement. 4. Fast food/1 Italian Restaurant--1 mile, Walmart/Vons--THREE miles. 5. Three county parks within SEVEN miles--pay per use. 6. Grade school within ONE mile. 7Adjacent property--.Multi-family rental of single family house. Adjacent property used to be used as child care center, FORTY vehicles trips/day. Used to have constant commercIal traffic due to illegal business operation in residential neighborhood. 8. Due to #7, vehicles parked in easement. 9 Several beer bars within five miles. 10. Bus route--one mile. 11. Poor. Expectations of neighbors are others should repair easement, rather than basing it on personal responsibility of who's traffic damaged it. (ie; commercial traffic, business usage) 12. Trash truck debris blow out of trucks, those who use trash trucks feel others should pick up trash. NOTE: DESPITE LISTING VERBAGE, IT US A RESIDENTUALLY ZONED AREA, NOT COMMERCIAL, AND COMMERCIAL USAGE IS IN VIOLATION OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE. CHECK WITH SAN DIEGO COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF LAND USE."

"Property abuts wildlife preserve. Coyotes, rattlesnakes and skunks abound. Wildlife loves pets. no sidewalks. El Cajon nearest shopping. 3 county parks in immediate area.Pay for use. Rios Canyon School , year round elementary school. previously used as commercial. residence park in easement. beer bars. Public tranportation 1 mile Community involvement: poor Everyone blames the other for problems. Cleanliness. many storage violations ie:cars boats, RV's."
