"Easy access to 470 and 25. The metro stop to downtown is a 5 minute drive . There are many side streets that can also take you to downtown "

"Great amenities. Loads of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, breweries and fitness studios/gyms. The lone tree art center, rec center and library are all close to one another and state of the art. "

"We don’t have any community events that happen here. We have craft fairs that come around the winter but that really it but I would say the winter craft fairs are fun to go to "

"5 minutes to light rail, 20 minutes to downtown. Many people in our neighborhood also work from home. We have plenty of coffee shops with WiFi in the area as well."

"Many families, parks and open spaces exist in Lone Tree. In some cases stores are walkable but for the most part shopping is central to the areas surrounding the intersection of Yosemite and Lincoln. The town also boasts many trails and fields for sports activities."

"This area is highly desirable due to both macro and micro location, location, location. With excellent schools, shopping, medical needs and fast access to both I-25 and C470, it cannot be beat."

"Close to shopping, amenities, arts center, swimming pool, recreation center, hotels, medical and hospital services (Skyridge Medical Center), green-belt walking trails and parks. Quiet and safe community. Police and VIP officers patrol regularly. Community activities include free concerts in the park, free evening movies in the park. Lone Tree 4th of July celebration and fireworks display is the best in the state! "

"Between the concerts in the parks, the great walkability, the accessable shops, and a sense of community Lone Tree is a spectacular place to live. Not close to where I work but would not consider moving."
