    "I’ve lived in the area for over 4 years. The way people drive well over 25mph in the neighborhood while not stopping at stop signs. The roads are heavily congested and due to the poor timing of lights around the area it takes 15-20 to go down the street to the grocery store. 8 more months and we are out of here!"
