    "The neighborhood's main Street has a very busy road during rush hour. Many people use it as a shortcut. A bit dangerous to dogs if they're not in a fenced yard or leashed. Many dogs owners live here and are fine keeping their dogs inside the house or yard. "

    "I have lived in this area for over 15 years and have never had any problems other than the occasional disturbance from a renter in the neighborhood (who no longer lives there). The area is quiet for the most part. Neighbors are very friendly. NO HOA! This is a plus and could be a downside but most neighbors keep their houses looking pretty descent."

    "This area is close to shopping,dinning, nightlife Medical facilities and fire department. Its pet friendly but not able to walk to shops. The Town of Occoquan is approximately 2 miles that features lots of small unique shops, baked goods, wine shops, and restaurants. The park is located off of 123 ( 10 minutes or less) and there is Burke Lake park also located on 123."
