"Great school district and beautiful homes. Taxes lower than in Camden County. Recreational parks in abundance. Top police and fire departments. Waiting for Main Street revitalization. It’s happening slowly. Needs more larger chain stores other than Wal Mart. We certainly have the room. "

"I grew up and lived in this town my whole life! This community where my home is, is a quiet small little community that would be great for just about anyone. When I purchased the home I was a single female and was welcome with open arms and had the help of all my neighbors! Then my family was welcomed with open arms as well! My kids love the neighborhood where they can ride bikes and also use the playground across the street at the elementary school which is in walking distance. "

"For people that have to pay association fees,is disheartening that the lakes are unswimmable,no play grounds and is not very clean. If planning to move here, get involved and make a change."
