"People letting their dogs bark constantly. Down my street from my house is a four plex and cops show up at least 1 or 2 times a week. Neighbors are very rude and inconsiderate to other people’s schedules. Lots of strays. And lots of random people walking around constantly. "

"This neighborhood is not as bad as it is made out to be as long as you are not wanting to make friends with your neighbors most people in this area want to keep to themselves and mind their business. That’s how it usually is amongst neighbors. The area i live i am not very close with my neighbors but they seem to be very nice people."

"Not an ideal neighborhood anymore, I wouldn’t go outside by myself at night that’s for sure. Landlords or rental property really needs to do deeper background checks "

"For the most part it is a calm and quiet neighborhood. I feel comfortable to be alone outside at night. Over the passed 3 years, our cars have been broken into twice. Could have been just some kids. "

"I grew up in this neighborhood. most neighbors are still around, say hi to each other, and kids play outside with each other. but once street lights go on you don't want to be outside by yourself. "

"This area blows from what I can tell most of my neighbors are on meth. People speed too fast through the neighborhood and not very many people are open and friendly."
