    "we have several animal lovers in our neighborhood, all breeds. Owners are very respectful of your property by not letting their dogs on your lawn. They are also on leashes. I have seen some without, but they were strays. The neighbors are quick to update pics. and ingo to find their owners. And I love that. we all watch out for each other.and our animals."
