    "You can be from PNC Park to your parking lot at home in 5 minutes when using the HOV lane. It's a 1.5 block walk to the park and ride. The neighborhood is quiet and has kids playing at the park up the street. It's also very close to the high school's football stadium. Friendly neighbors frequently walk by and say hello. "
