  • Manic P. D. G.
"My neighborhood has a good commute to work and more into Tucson. It's just a straight shot into town "
  • Amber W.
"it's large dirt lots no one walks their dogs out here so no need to pick up after them also no public sidewalks or parks really "
  • Ingrid P.
"there are very nice people who live around us. The people that live here are very helpful. There are many stores around here and easy way of getting there."
  • Jodejohn
"nice and quiet / very low crime in this sub division. no drive thru traffic. great mountain views, short walk to Tucson mountain park, lots of hiking trails and mountain bike paths & horses"
  • Crystal C.
"private pool, great roads, quiet. great place to walk with kids. however, I think we should be allowed to walk our dogs on a leash, but they don't allow you to walk them at all."
  • Maureen C.
"I used to live here. It is a safe area much quieter than the city with a gorgeous night sky. Mountain views in all directions."
  • Carol G.
"Magnificent mountain views and adjacent to Tucson Mountain Park set off peaceful and friendly neighborhood. Older 55+ community of well-kept manufactured homes is at bottom of hill, with semi-custom site-built homes in non-restricted newer section in foothills. Both have clubhouses, community pools & spas. "

"Community involvement is optional, but there are tons of opportunities if you are interested! At the clubhouse there is a pool, spa, tennis court, basketball court, and a bocce ball court. There is often live music at the clubhouse on the weekends, and there are also book clubs, tea groups, hiking groups, artist clubs, and more. In addition, there are ample hiking trails in the Tucson Mountain Park, which is immediately adjacent to the neighborhood. Most homes are literally steps away from hiking trails. The community is also extremely walker and dog friendly. This is a great place to live!"

"This is an excellent place to live - very well designed and well kept. The HOA is a good one. The only negative is that it's over 8 miles to the nearest grocery store and about 12 miles to Safeway and Fry's. The area has a large population, but there is no plan to open a shopping center with a full size grocery store. There several adequate restaurants within 3 miles."

"i live in this area now. My only complaint is that the HOA is not active enough in keeping pool area clear of trespassers leading to an uninviting pool area. Most of the trespassers have children and I do not feel that the pool is sterile. Posted rules do not stress showering prior to pool entry and restroom use a priority. Parking is good if you only have one vehicle. Depending on your unit's location overflow parking is ok as long as you have nothing to carry."
