    "There are lots of activities for kids in the area; Cook Park, recreational sports, Bridgeport Village shopping mall. Tigard Library is huge and cool for adults but the kid area is a bit lack luster but the Tualatin Library is pretty close and more geared towards children's learning. There is a cool connection of trails that go from Tigard to Tualatin that connects 3 different parks and great for running or riding bikes. Tualatin river is a good place for fishing, swimming, and floating/ boating. lots of shopping in the area but traffic can get back during rush hour and lunch time. It's a pretty quick drive to the Zoo, Children's museum, Rose garden and Downtown Portland. "
