    "There are tons of car break-ins in this area. The homeless people in the area like to set off random fireworks in the dead of night, very often. There’s a seedy bar in the area that attracts a lot of unsavory types and you will hear them arguing/fighting in the parking lot constantly. Car alarms galore. Would not walk alone at night or let children play unattended."

    "Halloween and the local schools. Great places for the dogs to roam as well. Grand location for markets. All is convenience. Easy access to the freeway. Not a lot of crime or homeless community. Clean and respectable neighborhood. We decorate for all the seasonal holidays around here . Great for young to old to all ages . "
