    "I’ve lived here for over 28 years. Best access in the city to anywhere: by freeway or surface streets, you can get anywhere in the metro area in 10-20 minutes. Public transportation at your doorstep, or bike - or walk or run! Excellent grocery store in easy walking distance. Nice neighbors."

    "Very quiet and safe neighborhood where my wife and I feel comfortable going for a walk either day or night. Three blocks from Marshall Park entry where a year round creek runs through it with plenty of trails to walk along. Short distance from Multnomah Village. Capitol Hill, Jackson Middle School and Wilson High school are all easily accessible, close and excellent schools. On ramps and off ramps on Hwy 5 northbound and southbound are conveniently located. Close to Lewis and Clark College, Tryon Creek State Park and Lake Oswego. Extra long driveway can accommodate several cars. Great home for entertaining. "
