    "Everyone here walks, Many have dogs. Kids are safe from traffic. School bus comes regularly for Kalamazoo and Mattawan. 5 minutes from Downtown Kalamazoo, and 10 minutes from westnage, you can get onto Highway from 9th street."

    "Rarely do you find a place to live like Colony Woods. Everything you need is close by (bank, gas, medical center, public transportation, grocery, restaurants, and major highways and airport) yet you are on the edge of country, woods, relaxation. Excellent schools and neighbors. "

    "In the crossroads area of I-94 and US 131, we have fortune 500 companies, a university and a prestigious college, a good local newspaper. We have jobs, culture and diversity, arts and community events every weekend, many local venues, incredible theater & music here, and Chicago nearby. The USTA tennis championships every summer and Girls world series of Softball are also here. Numerous lakes and rivers near us for fishing, boating, sun and fun. Not only does the freeway relieve local traffic, but In just under an hour you can reach Lake Michigan and a Florida-like beach in St Joseph,or visit the Dunes & State Parks. Chicago is an easy drive, or you can get a train from downtown Kalamazoo and back, to go into The City for the day. This neighborhood is awesome--very friendly and caring. We have an annual neighborhood garage sale, supported with advertising and well attended. Neighbors have sponsored block parties, Holiday parties, car pools, and it is safe and beautiful to walk here at night on our wide streets. schools are successful, numerous and well financed. The brand new 12th Street Elementary School is where your little kids will be going and it is awesome. Crossroads Mall is nearby and groceries/big box stores are convenient. Raising kids here is pretty comfortable in the crossroads of I-94 and US 131! "
