"Safe, clean neighborhood in the heart of South Tampa. Most kids could walk to Plant High School. Close to lots of restaurants (Soho and S Dale Mabry). Dog park nearby. Side walks in many places. Brick streets. Country Club. Easy and fast commute anywhere due to main streets (Dale Mabry and MacDill) and Selmon Expressway. "

"Palma Ceia is an ideal South Tampa location. It's close to shops, bars, restaurants, yoga, spas/salons, parks and more--with little effort, you will find yourself becoming a "regular" at your favorite spots. The walkability is something that's rare to find in Tampa. The streets from Bay to Bay up to the golf course are always busy with strollers, bikes and dog walkers, and neighbors actually get to know one another."
