    "Be very wary of what land is this area was used for....especially along Red Tank Road, lots of 55 gallon drums sitting in the woods near a pair of ponds should be a warning sign. Lived or worked here for nearly 23 years now, love Boiling Springs town itself, schools are very good, but lots of hidden problems with the land here! Caveat Emptor! (Buyer beware)"
