"People are out walking all the time with their kids and dogs or just themselves. All ages from young to old. "
  • LynBea
"There is no public transportation in my area. You need a vehicle to get around whether it’s a car, moped, or bicycle."
  • Franchesca H.
"I’m pretty sure everyone owns a dog in the neighborhood, and is super pet friendly. However, occasionally some dogs roam with no owner..."
  • Tarponwb
"There are too few events in this neighborhood so there is nothing special about the events we have. We may have 1 per year and the same old drunks show up every year."
  • Michele V.
"I love it except for the flooding in rosewood estates. The schools are excellent here. The neighbors are friendly. "
  • Tarponwb
"There are Several people that don’t clean up after their dog. The HOA does not enforce the pet rules "
  • Tarponwb
"They events in this neighborhood are few and far between. The same clicks huddle together and hoard the food. "
  • Amanda P.
"It’s close to market commons and right off of bypass 17 which makes any kind of shopping easy. However, Azeala lakes could use some maintenance. You can’t walk in the grass with out stepping on dog poop. It seems like no one cleans up after their dogs and this is coming from a dog lover. The walls of the building are thin you can hear everything including neighbors upstairs walking around and talking."

"My neighborhood is a nice area with great neighbors and well behaved children. I have never had any issues with anyone in my area. There is however a swing-bridge that I must travel across several times a day and it does get quite congested when the bridge opens to let boats thru. "
  • Bianca C.

  • Trulia User
"My neighbors are friendly and look out for each other. Love being so close to the school. Great trick or treating every year and wonderful Christmas decorations. Some even do Christmas lights that are tuned to light up with Christmas music. Easy access to the beach, highway 31, and 10 minutes to the mall. "
  • Thomas C.
"we have neighborhood block parties parties for children on Halloween fireworks for children on the 4th of July"
  • Marie Silfer
"We have lived here for 15 years. Our neighbors are friendly and everyone looks out for each other. Lots of people walk, bike and walk their dogs through the neighborhood, and kids play in their yards. It's also an older more established neighborhood which we like- trees, mature landscapes, etc."
  • Lytreece
"It’s a quiet area! Just have to make sure you don’t let your kids leave out their bikes because HOA will fine you!"
  • Smith.g8028
"15 minute drive to work location down town, minimum traffic, easy drive. Two options, bypass 17, or through Market commons to 17 business. "
  • Bossbaby756

"My neighbors are quiet and pretty muchbstay to themselves except for the families with kids they know each other there's no park or playground here."
  • E.obregon41097
"Dont leave your little kids unsupervised in the streets. Many times coming home from work I've seen small children unattended in small bikes or just running around. Cars and trucks are constantly driving by along with commercial vehicles. "
  • Mlkbutterflie
"traffic is always heavy so plan enough time to get to where your going. Overall everything is close by. "
  • Lafranci21

"Nice quiet area bacing up to another development "
  • Dart r.
"This area is semi- rural with schools and shopping nearby. It's clean and well maintained and is a desirable manufactured home community. It's close to the ocean, inter coastal waterway and the redeveloped air force base. Crime is almost non existent There is a boat storage yard for a minimum fee. The downtown area is only about a 6 mile drive and the mall and state park are close by. "
