What Locals Say about Roland

  • Michael P.
"nice neighborhood to retire in not a great neighborhood to live in if you work in town due to the growing of apartment building houses excetera takes longer and longer to get down highway 10 which is Cantrell road."
  • Michael P.
"Roland is a quiet place to live if you like mountains I love the mountains closed there's other things you can do but all in all it's just another community getting taken over by the rich people."
  • Jon D.
"I have lived and worked here for most of my life. Love the area and the people. "
  • Jamie F.
"I love living in the country but still close enough to town. I love the nature and wildlife I get to watch. I love being at the end of the road where my children can ride bikes and hang out with their friends. Living out here is not for everyone but those of us that do this is a great area and a great house. "
  • Kayla_Rebecca
"I live here, and have lived here for three years. I am a teenager, but very mature. This area would be great for families with kids, or retirees. I say this because, the area is quiet and friendly! All of the neighbors are very sweet and kind. Every year our neighborhood holds a firework show, and many holiday parties. We also have a couple churches nearby, which are great influences. Our neighborhood also has a "Dog Agility Training" facility, "Horseback Riding" facility, & an embroidery company. On the end of our street, we also have many trails for families. We do have dogs that run lose, but they're all very sweet and family friendly. Many birds visit our area, and so do deer. So, if you're into photography, this would be a great place for you! Well, if you do decide to live here, make sure you come by and visit every single one of us! ~Kayla Reeves"
