    "I lived here for 18 years. First few years were wonderful. Nice area, great location, Woodsy, quiet, great place to raise a family. Certain residents own more than one lot. Very clickish, most unfriendly neighbors I have ever had. No sense of community whatsoever. But stayed to myself and let kids finish school. Got too over populated."

    "I chose to build in my neighborhood in 1991 b'cz of its proximity to a marina where I could keep my boat. It has turned out to be that & so much more. Within a 2 miles radius I have everything that makes life convenient & comfortable, - shopping, restaurants, schools, recreation, parks, 4 mile bike & running track, hospital/med clinics, continuous seabreeze, ...yet peaceful & quiet."

    "Like a gated community without HOA. One way in, one way out. Close to shops and restaurants. Can see fireworks from stadium and Tradition. Nestled between PGA and Tradition.Great bicycle activity and walking but no sidewalks."
