What Locals Say about Fairgreen Crossings

  • "I’ve been here for two years and the taxes and insurance are getting to out of reach. I’m selling and moving to Vero Beach or Palm Bay. "
  • Trulia User
"Great for growing families. Fun stuff to do with the little ones. Even the preteens have their activities to do. "
  • "Have relatives & pals that live in area for over 5 yrs; we are leaving overcrowded n overpriced Broward/Dade area. Looking forward to St Lucie neighborly area!!!!!"
  • Debronjohnson8.dj
"Peaceful and quiet. Though some residents could take more pride in their landscaping. Very safe neighborhood though."
  • Janeen Francine
"I lived here for 18 years. First few years were wonderful. Nice area, great location, Woodsy, quiet, great place to raise a family. Certain residents own more than one lot. Very clickish, most unfriendly neighbors I have ever had. No sense of community whatsoever. But stayed to myself and let kids finish school. Got too over populated."
  • "Please note that even if you rent here, there are HOA guidelines that need to be followed, as well as a 100 dollar interview. Renters are making this neighborhood go downhill."
  • "I chose to build in my neighborhood in 1991 b'cz of its proximity to a marina where I could keep my boat. It has turned out to be that & so much more. Within a 2 miles radius I have everything that makes life convenient & comfortable, - shopping, restaurants, schools, recreation, parks, 4 mile bike & running track, hospital/med clinics, continuous seabreeze, ...yet peaceful & quiet."
  • "Like a gated community without HOA. One way in, one way out. Close to shops and restaurants. Can see fireworks from stadium and Tradition. Nestled between PGA and Tradition.Great bicycle activity and walking but no sidewalks."
