"Its one of the nicest neighborhoods in Ocean. And Ocean one of the finest, most diverse towns in Monmouth county. Monmouth county consistently rates at the top 5 places to live in all of the USA. Yeah we're the best, and we show it!!! Jersey Shore at its finest. The location can't be beat. Close to the beach, and pretty much 1 to 1.5 hrs away from NYC, AC, Philly, NJ mountains, and all the entertainment you want, without all the noise and pollution. Love the peace and tranquility."
  • Grace C.
"Neighborhood appears almost as a separate entity from Ocean Township. STRONG neighborhood association with several neighborhood events throughout the year. Neighborhood is very dog friendly, some may call it excessively so. High identity quotient throughout the region for Colonial Terrace as the neighborhood is highly regarded. A very mixed set of architectural styles with carefully kept homes and yards. VERY kid friendly. Very close to NJ Transit train station and the beach (approx. one mile)"
