It is close to all: public transportation, or SI Expressway, houses of worship, good schools both elementary (PS54) or Intermediate (IS72) or High School (Susan Wagner) or College (College of SI). Walking disance to grocery stores, restaurants, parks. This area of SI is just perfect, unaffected by hurricane Sandy. Close drive to New Jersey or to New York City. Moving only because we need to downsize as we are empty nesters and the house is too big for 2 people. "
