"I believe if parents who owns Dogs must be responsible for picking up after them. certain larger dogs in this neighborhood fails to carry doggy bags and their pet poops in the sidewalks, lawns, in the street. owners walks away. sad for such a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood "

"Commute is amazing. From expass buses to local buses. Walking distance to a lot of stores. When the weather is great there lots of paths to take to walk , even for pets. "

"I have lived in my house here for 43 yrs. myself and many neighbors spend lots of time outside socializing together . most of the kids outside play and are respectful of people and there property. there's always parking , and close to everything. I have met very few people that lived here that didn't love the area."
