    "Personally, The neighborhood around the Kennedy area is fine. Very nice people and families. That being said I am noticing many O'brien court Duplexes are for sale and that street has gone down hill in the past couple years due to fore closures and landlords not checking out their tentants. It seems as if they are more worried about getting someone in the vacant places than finding a good fit for the duplex/neighborhood. There is garbage everywhere. The duplexes seem to be falling apart and look very worn. This is due to unsupervised children running around at all hours of the day. You can not drive down the street without numerous unsupervised children running out in front of your car and then hitting your car as you go by etc. There has been a lot of police activity on the street in the past couple years but hopefully that will be cleared up with the fore closures. It would be nice to see owner occp in some of these duplexes to keep it nicer. There are 3 owner occp on O'brien court and you can most defiantly tell which ones those are on the Court. Just look for the cleanest yards. It's really not a very good place to live in the present time. "
