"Issaquah has great schools, is a safe place, and is a good distance to Bellevue, Seattle, shopping, and nature. It’s unbeatable. "

"Lots of parks for children and adults in Issaquah . I think it’s a fantastic community.. not a lot of loudness. Every one minds they own business "
  • James M.
"Great neighborhood, just really expensive. Expecting to be priced out sooner rather than later. I feel safe and can walk to all the amenities that I would want. "

"I've lived in the Issaquah area for most of my life. I grew up in Issaquah and attended various schools in the Issaquah School District which is hands down one of the best school districts in all of Washington. Issaquah SD has a very high graduation rate, great teachers, competitive sports teams and lots of AP/IB classes available for talented students. Issaquah has grown into a great community that attracts both families and single professionals due to the low crime rate, easy access to freeways, lots of access to outdoor activities and tons of local restaurants & shops. Living off SE Issaquah-Fall City Rd is perfect because you can walk almost anywhere: the grocery store, home improvement stores, restaurants, parks, Lake Sammamish, etc. All of King County can be expensive but Issaquah is the best place to be when it comes to dollar for value and having a quick commute into Downtown Seattle via i90.
