    "I've lived there area more than 10 years. The community name is Somerset. First all, the schools ( Somerset elementary School, Tyee middle school and Newport High School) are all top schools in WA. The facilties in these school are great as well as teachers. Somerset is also a safe place, people living here are relatively safe comparing to other area. It is also a great place to commute. Easy to access I-90 and I-405. On top of Somerset, you will have a breath breaking view, you can see Seattle downtown, bellevue and kirkland also. "

    "A Seattle-area native, I chose this neighborhood for the excellent schools and access to jobs, the city, recreation, and nature. It was a great neighborhood in which to raise kids and enjoy the beautiful Northwest! We have lived here for 20+ years and will have trouble finding an area and home that we like as much."

    "Overlooking the Puget Sound and close to local amenities. The schools are from just a few blocks away to just down the hill. Easy commuter access to downtown Seattle or drop into downtown Bellevue for some of the West Coasts best shopping and dining experiences. Sidewalk access to trails which wind around the Somerset hill connecting you to green spaces and parks. Also nearby is the Newcastle Golf course."
