"It stays quiet and well kept. Donā€™t have to worry about your cars or any items you leave outside being messed with because we all go by there saying ā€œif itā€™s not yours donā€™t touch itā€ And it works out very well for all involved."

" A lot of neighbors walk their dogs plus keep their dogs under control. As long as I've lived here in Wildwood Farms at Becker Estates, I have never heard of any dog bites or attacks. However, I would like to see more poo poo clean up stations, like one at every stop sign. "

"I've lived here in Wildwood Farms since August 2006 and we have enjoyed our neighbors. Everyone is pretty friendly & neighborly & it's a great family neighborhood, lots of children of all ages. Houses don't stay empty for long. There are a couple houses for rent & buy around here. Overall it's a very nice neighborhood. "
