    "A very quiet and friendly neighborhood, I never lock my doors and have no worries about leaving the car running while I run inside. I frequently take late night strolls alone and have NEVER been afraid. I love seeing the wild bunnies in the spring. In the afternoon, if you're outside, you can distantly hear the kids at the elementary school having recess, which I've always found sweet"
