"I was born and raised in Huntington Station! Now I may not like the area too much as it is changing rapidly and we had to install an alarm system but I feel our block is safe and I love our neighbors! At least most of them. Some of the neighbors on our block down attend to their houses and keep them in such a disarray that it was really embarrassing! I wish I could get their act together and realize that it really does affect all of us"
  • Ryan M.

  • Apgar10
"Too many barking aggressive dogs! Most pet owners do not pick up their dogs feces! Too many dogs! Use the public areas for walking not our neighborhood lawns! "
  • JPN

"I've lived in this neighborhood for over 11years and have enjoyed it. It's a harworking class community that is in the center of a lot of transit options and 5 mins from downtown Huntington with all that has to offer . It's an up and coming area that's still relatively affordable for the region . I would reccomend living or renting here ."
  • Cecilia Borcherding
"I've lived here for 11 yrs, and love it. It is diverse, quiet, extremely friendly neighborhood, with excellent schools. The Mall is 5 min away, access to 5 private beaches, & the LIRR. The Village is Artsy. filled with restaurants, The Paramount Theatre. and many Shops. Up and coming Improvements to the Station have been approved, and some started. This neighborhood is on the rise."
