    "Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. I do love the rec center but do miss the neighborly feeling that I have had elsewhere. Also the HOA is very quick to financially fine you for everything!"

    "I love living in Tuscany other than how strict the HOA is. I have been fined for parking in my own driveway and my tires being 1/2” into the rocks of my yard. The clubhouse is great with many activities. People keep to themselves on my street, I don’t know any of my neighbors names."
