    "I move in last August and have never been more pleased with an area to live in. The neighbors are fantastic. The streets are peaceful and the trees/hilltop are stunning to look at. I am super close to Sprinwater Trail which leads to a park and eventually downtown Gresham. I hope to remain here for a VERY long time!"
