What Locals Say about Falling Waters

  • Spworthing
"Not good for dog owners: Most yards are on the smaller side of average and not fenced. Good for dog owners: Safe and easy to walk your dog in the area. "
  • Wykiara W.
"I lived here for 4 months and I love it the neighborhood are very friendly and doesn’t make a lot of noises in the neighborhood "
  • Purplecrowkat
"People don’t usually walk their dogs they are usually running loose and there are a massive amount of stray cats"
  • Zaldrizesdariaa
"I don’t feel as though it is unique. Brookfield is your average neighborhood. However, crime tends to be drawn into the neighborhood from time to time from the trailer park located behind our development. Sadly our development has no pool, or any type of community or recreation center to offer the children. "
  • Oscarantonio55 o.
"I lived in this neighborhood for the past six years, and i love it, the people are very friendly, and nice"
  • tedgrose
"I have lived here for 3 years now and find this area a true gemstone. Nice common recreational lot on the Potomac river and great I-70 and I-81 access. It has nice warm country appeal and yet is very convenient to schools and shopping. "
  • Ingrid R. B.
"I used to live in the Brookfield Community, when I fiirst moved there it was a great place to live and raise children. Times have changed, the area has gotten worse. There is no police presence as they are abot 5 miles away from the community. The residents of the adjacent trailer park ride atv's and motorcycles at all times of the night. Trash litters the sidewalks and dogs often walk unleashed and leave their mess on private lawns. This is the same area that a former homeowner was killed by his landscaper over what had appered to be drug related. Buyers beware!"
