    "Beautiful neighborhood for straight white families. Don't even THINK of moving here if you're the least bit "ethnic" or gay. This neighborhood was the scene of a cross-burning on a front lawn just last year (yes, 2012, not 1912). Best for the blindly patriotic and conforming. Gun and pickup truck owners get a special welcome! Relatively low taxes compared to neighboring Allegheny County, but you get what you pay for in terms of school districts. Take the money you'll be saving on taxes and put it towards a private school for your children."

    "We have lived in the area for over 25 years and love it! Currently we are within 15 min of I79, 279, PA turnpike, Cranberry Twp, Wexford, and Sewickley. Pittsburgh is a mere 25 min away. There is a beautiful nature park with numerous trails and dog park within 15 min. The roads are kept exceptionally clean in the winter. We feel this is a very safe suburban-country atmosphere."
