"Houses seldom turn over here and I can see why. The neighborhood is excellent, children friendly, but close to the Borderland State Park , schools, 2to 3 miles to highways, and house owners appear to take very good excellent care of their homes. I recommend this for families but also for couples and retirees as the residents are diversified in age. Homes have sold quickly and mostly by networking and by savvy realtors who watch the neighborhood for potential listings. Residents in this area include entrepreneurs, doctors, high tech execs , faculty members and alike. Neighbors socialize on occasion and respectful."
