    "I had lived in this neighborhood for 20 years. It used to be better but gets more and more run down and filled with litter, burned houses, empty plots of land, broken glass, and hookers. It’s bad. I had to leave for the safety of my daughter because back in 2009 my family and I were robbed at gunpoint. "
