"It’s ok I guess plenty of sidewalks but they are unkept there are always children playing outside parked and unused cars litter the streets. "

"Belmont is a great area. l love the feeling of safety when there's always children outside, people running/walking, and everyone is in a good mood. Belmont is a different setting from West Dayton (where l was living). l highly recommend Belmont to anyone interested in a nice, quiet area to live. "

"Challenging because there is a lot of crime in the area. I don’t sleep well at night because there is always gunfire or someone being rubbed close to my house. "

"I think it is good in some parts and not so good in others, overall in my opinion if you are looking to buy a home that has a backyard or off street parking then it would be an okay place to raise kids. "

"It's a mixture of different types of people. It is a fairly quiet neighborhood, but the alleys behind the houses are always dirty. We've tried to clean up, there's constantly new trash piling up by our garage and our trash can disappeared multiple times. "
