    "The neighbors watch what goes on and look out for each other. The neighbors notify and cooperate with the police. I have lived in this community for over twenty one years and have watched the changing demographics. The neighborhood was very diverse with senior citizens and incoming new families with young children. Those children grew up and those neighbors are retired now. Some sold their homes and moved to warmer climates. Some sold their home and moved in with their children. Some sold their homes and went to senior citizen housing. Some passed on and their children sold their houses. Twenty years ago, we started a neighborhood association (block club). Everyone in the community do not have a block club, but the ones that do or did had more involvement and a greater sense of community. All the neighbors knew each other and looked out for each other. "

    "There is no Parking available unless you make it home before 4:00 pm.. everyone looks out for each other children and the school is very good they really care about the kids.. all of the single family homes have more than three cars parked on each block even though they have a garage and a drive up.. this makes things more Dudu out for others "

    "It’s not a very safe area to live in especially at night. I would not trick or treat here, leave cars unlocked, house door unlocked or would not let my kids play outside alone. So far, the area is cleaning up and more friendlier neighbors are moving in."
