    "This area has great potential, if every renter and homeowner took pride in their property. Currently, I see yards with trash and several cars that do not work and furniture setting outside of the homes. This lack of concern reduces the likelihood of attracting good things to the neighborhood. Very shabby in some places and ok in others around this community."

    "My family and I moved to this neighborhood six months ago and we are delighted that we did. We feel very safe here. It's quiet and clean with mature trees adding to the comfort level. the neighbors are friendly and interactive. Children are free to play safely due to the cul-de-sac and the neighborhood watch. I particularly love the front porch atmosphere, allowing me to sit comfortably in the shade provided by numerous mature trees. It's not an expensive neighborhood but it sure provides the luxury of one. Friendly, quiet and clean is Hickory Ridge."
