    "great community. starting to have issues with petty crimes, but nothing like inner city crime. safe neighborhood, good area to raise and have kids. most folks care about their lawns and property... a few renters, but mainly home owners in houses. far enough from the city to have cooler temps in summer an experienced various wildlife, but close enough to get most places within 20 to 30 minutes depending on weather and traffic. "
