What Locals Say about Bonners Ferry

  • Tess V.
"I work in Bonner County out in Sandpoint but commute is fine. About 30-45 min. depending on the time of year"
  • Diana W.
"what makes my neighborhood unique is that it's in the country and can hear all the night bugs and see so many stars"
  • Lisa W.
"Very private homestead/farm area. Close to nature, fishing, etc. Wonderful friendly area. Great place for kids. Close enough to everything and private at the same time. Away from the fast pace of large cities. "
  • Mike S.
"I have lived in boundary county all my life but recently moved to the city of Bonners Ferry around 4 years ago, BIG MISTAKE!!! as the rating would suggest, I moved to bonners so my wife and children would be closer to jobs and school, living out side the city limits is great but inside the city limits is another story you have a mayor and city representatives who don't listen to the people, no job,a school more interested in sports than education. I actually have my house for sale so I can get my family to a more suitable community."
