    "Pigeon Point is a community, not just a place to live. It's quiet, safe, friendly. Homes are older but most in good repair. Two of Beaufort's five city council members live in the neighborhood. There is an excellent community association, close access to the water, good shopping nearby. The area is full of mature trees and shrubs and has two excellent parks. Interesting people abound, many very active in the larger community. One of Beaufort's best neighborhoods."

    "We retired here 7 years ago. A great decision. Excellent neighbors, beautiful trees and foliage, a diverse energetic community and a easy place to make friends and get involved. Weather is great most of the year. Hot in summer."
