    "We have a huge number of children in the neighborhood and even more who come here just for the Halloween festivities every year. Several houses host full haunted houses and full streets are closed in celebration. We also do a costume party parade for little ones the Saturday morning beforehand. Other events include July 4th parties, super bowl get togethers, Christmas decoration contests and more. "

The schools are world class (public and private), the crime rate is very low, neighbors are friendly and care about the community and there are tons of things to do in Arlington and three miles away in DC.
