No need for a gym membership, as the community has an awesome gym in the club house - not to mention the pool table, poker tables and grills. Very pet friendly neighborhood. 10 minute stroll to restaurants, bars and shops in Shirlington Village. Easy access to 395. Fantastic area all around! "
