    "I live in this part of town. Stormcloud, Sundoro North, Sundoro South as well as other surrounding neighborhoods have steeply declined in beauty AND in value. This was once a nice area. Now I will be lucky to get out without losing my behind. Property values on this side of down have never been as great as the NE side of town. However, West side values have declined even more. The area is turning to trash, low income housing, poor road infrastructure. Stay away from this area. You will be glad that you did. "
