    "I love this neighborhood! It’s quiet, safe, and conveniently located near all kinds of shops and restaurants. It’s one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city, according to one of my elderly neighbors, and the houses are charming. I’ve been in ABQ for nearly 20 years, and I’ve lived all over the city, and this has been my favorite so far. "

    "I’ve lived here a little over three years. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, and the houses are decorated for the holidays. I’m not aware of any crimes in our immediate area and I listen to a scanner. Everything we need is within walking distance, and my kiddos take walks. We utilize local businesses from the pharmacy to the veterinarian across the street. "

    "High crime, cars are broken into on a regular basis lots of strange characters I see some obviously strung out drug users in the neighborhood which explains the breaking cars stolen as well."
