    "This is the greatest location if you work at any of the hospitals,UNM Downtown. 10 minutes to airport, 7 minutes to uptown shopping, movies main event dinning, and the neighbors in this area all know each other and watch out ."

    "IDK. these place is kinda slummy. ALOT of stolen vehicles and drug activity. Gang activity has gone down significantly in the last 20-25 years though. I would not buy a home in this area though especially being so close to mid Montgomery Blvd. I plan to leave this place in about a year."
