This school used to be great. It has failed terribly. And if your child has a learning disability, forget it. Please get your kids out of yonkers completely! The staff here is trash. They hate kids who learn different. And the resource teacher is terrible, she ships kids out who need her help!

Overall an average school. Most teachers are fine but some horrible. Me and my class have been called “stupid little things,” “flies,” etc. Teachers have mocked me. Teachers have said our brains aren’t “complex enough to understand anything.” I wouldn’t recommend this school as someone who has been going here all my life.

We moved our children to Sacred Heart from public school a few years ago and wish we had done it sooner. They thrived and learned so much at Sacred Heart, thanks to the caring teachers and staff, catching up on where they were behind and excelling in all subjects. The principal, teachers, and all of the staff focus on the student's overall development and well-being. There are many events throughout the year where families can engage and meet other families, and the afterschool spring and fall enrichment classes are loved by the children. I highly recommend Sacred Heart - Hartsdale.

Our son had an excellent experience in this school. The teachers were the perfect amount of stern yet loving that allowed the boys to respect them and each other while fostering a positive learning environment and encouragement to continue to improve.
