    "Wonderful upscale, clean neighborhood with generally easy access by car/ few traffic jams to downtown Indy using Madison ave, Meridian, and/or Bluff rd e.g., 20 min to Lilly. We've always enjoyed the parks for swimming and snowboarding and numerous tennis courts around Perry Meridian HS and the parks."
