"Hawkes Bluff is definitely one of the top neighborhoods to live in if you have children due to all of the schools being A+ Rated, Safety of the neighborhood & area as well as easy commuting. I75 and 595 and the TP are only a few minutes away! It's close to many great restaurants and shops as well. You have Sawgrass Mills Mall, Weston Town Center & Pembroke Garden Shops and several others only 5-10 minutes away. Another added bonus to this neighborhood is that it has a low HOA of only $275 for the year. The HOA maintains all common area and entrances as well as helps to keep property value up for the neighborhood."
