This home is strategically placed nicely between Mitchell and Scottsbluff for quicker trips and less dirt on the tires!
Home is fully furnished. If resident would rather use personal bed, table, etc this can be worked out!! Garage use can be utilized for $20 per stall...(this will be added on to the rent separately.)
Applicants are encouraged to come and view the property, look at the house and see/feel the site's and sounds!
Individuals will pay for their background check and are required to produce three current references that are not related to you with phone numbers....
Pets are not encouraged however if you have a small pet the pet fee is $75.00, as well as $50 per month. No pets over 35 lbs.
Resident is responsible for electricity
Deposit for electric is $200.00 payable to city of Mitchell, payable back to the resident when the last months electric is paid. This is all completed by resident.
2 Options for the Gas bill:
1- Source Gas will be in Landlords name, I will send screenshot the bill to the resident and resident will send payment. (on or before 13th of month)
2- Source Gas will be a consistent $100.00 a month, if resident goes over $120.00 at any given month, resident will Zelle/Venmo the difference.
Internet is 70.00 per month. (sent by resident to Landlord)
Trash services will be provided by landlord
This home comes with responsibilities as well. There is a sprinkler system for the lawn, the resident needs to be aware the lawn needs mowed every 2 weeks and watered 2-3 times per week. This water system needs physically moved every 30-40 minutes. This home does not have HOA fees because I depend on the resident to care for the home like it is their own!
Cleaning the floors, maintaining septic system by not flushing wipes, tampons, paper towels, cotton balls is very important as this will clog the system and toilets and shower will cease to work.
This home runs on 2 wells, and the resident must be willing to be a part of the home's mechanisms by giving effort and energy to the home. If this is not something you are willing to do please keep looking!
