All the homes in the neighborhood were built in the last 2 years. The neighborhood is safe and fairly quiet, but does have a few trail riders that ride by as they come and go from the nearby trails and hills. The neighbors are young and friendly. This property is under the clubhouse access area and will have access to some of the amenities there (pool, weight room, toy room, etc.)
Everything in this unit was installed less than a year ago. The kitchen appliances, laminate flooring in the common areas and new carpet in the bedrooms (8 pound pad) were all installed last fall. All of the perimeter framing has been double insulated (R-24) on the exterior walls, and the floor joists have been insulated with 12" of cellulose insulation making this a quiet and well insulated apartment.
As a ~820 SF apartment, this unit has impressive storage. There's a coat/linen closet, under stair storage, and laundry closet. We've tried to make this apartment as comfortable as possible. Some of the defining features are a full L shaped kitchen, two sink vanity in the bathroom, a walk-in closet, and the full laundry closet (machines included).
As an ADU this unit comes with 2 off street parking spaces (tandem parking) and covered independent entry with lighting. All utilities are included in the monthly rent. Internet and TV/Cable are the responsibility of the tenant.
Application required for a tour. The Application Fee will be deducted from the first month's rent. First month, last month, and deposit required at signing of the contract. Must have renter's insurance at contract signing.
